Our Story
Rethabile's Point of View
We met on Tinder, it was during lock down level 5. One of my housemates back then downloaded tinder and created a profile for me out of boredom, lol little did I know that I’m about to meet the lover of my life. I swiped right and it was a MATCH. Guy made some jokes and ofcourse they were so funny and I ended up giving him my numbers. We started talking on Whatsapp and he told me that he is deleting his profile because he thinks he got what he wanted. Ncaaaaaww I melted!! On the 3rd day he dedicated "Everything I wanted" by JP Cooper and from that day I knew that I got the lover of my life. I prayed and asked God to show me if he was the the one or not. Guy was consistent and he would Video call me everyday. Then I knew that it was sign from God, that he is the one.

Stephen's Point of View
I met my wife on Tinder. (PS: wives are found on Tinder lol.) After swiping right, we started talking ,cracked some jokes and she seemed to love them . We then took it to WhatsApp (ALWAYS TAKE IT TO WHATSAPP! Pro tip!).
I remember her coming to my place since it was during lockdown and the connection was amazing. Some would say our meeting was genuine coincidence, luck or chance. However, as I started getting to know her, hear from her and understand her, I quickly realised that there is nothing "lucky" about our meeting. It was indeed providence and God’s timing. That moment of closeness and freedom has not left me so many years later. I knew what I wanted and definitely went for it.
As we enter this new phase of our life together, I am encouraged and strengthened that we are together and our love and commitment will be the anchor of our union and fidelity. To the moon and back ntwanaka!
